Reviewing or creating a brief with the client, understanding the needs required from the new project and determining the best strategy for the project.

1.2 Site Architecture:

Creating the project sitemap to analyse the size of the build required and help work out an accurate project time scale.

1.3 Quote:

Using the information gathered this then can be accumulated to produce an accurate cost for the project.

Collating the information gathered in the first stage to produce a design based on this will be completed in this stage.

This stage gives the client the opportunity to amend any aspects of the design before the build stage begins.

Please be advised once designs are approved changing them may lead to extra costing and project delays.

3.1 Resource Gathering:

On entering this stage all media required for the project will be purchased e.g. stock images, fonts, video footage etc. plus all text required with be gathered on behalf of the client.

Please note all media resources purchased are non refundable.

3.2 Website Construction:

Entering this stage using all media elements sourced, construction begins creating:

• File architecture
• xhtml/css coding
• JavaScript/jQuery coding
• Flash animation
• Video production

3.3 Testing:

Following completion of the build the project goes through a rigourous testing regime testing:

• Navigation
• Useability
• Functionality
• Browser compatibility
• w3c xhtml
• w3c css

3.4 Client Review:

With the build now complete the client can now review the built to check all is up to their original request, else alterations will be made.

Please note alterations not covered under the original brief may occur additional charges.

4.1 SEO:

Search Engine Optimisation takes place under this stage with the modification off page code and content to check all is correct ready to go live.

Modifications include:

• Keyword analysis
• Meta description
• Essential meta data
• xml sitemap build
• Google Analytics
• Google sitemap submission

All this is essential in giving your site the highest possible chance in organic searches.

4.2 Analytics Review:

Now complete, the project/build is now live and the client can now monitor all traffic using the powerful Google Analytics monitoring software.
